UF All Access Service (UFAA) Approaching Its Ninth Year
The University of Florida (UF) All Access Service (UFAA) is approaching its ninth year of providing online access to a variety of UF resources, including course materials, calendar listings, and contact information for campus organizations and services. UFAA provides a comprehensive resource for students, faculty, and staff at the University of Florida.
UFAA began operation in 2006 as a service of the Libraries’ Distance Learning Office (DLO). In 2007, DLO was merged into the new Office of Campus Information Technology Services (OCITS), which assumed responsibility for UFAA. In 2013, OCITS was renamed the Office of Information Resources and Technology Services (ORT), and UFAA became an operational unit within ORT.
In addition to its online resources, UFAA offers a variety of tools and services that support academic collaboration. These include tools for communication and collaboration such as Blackboard Collaborate; email; chat; social media; file sharing; and video conferencing. UFAA also provides tools for managing calendars and schedules, tracking grades and assignments, collaborating on documents, and more.

How to use UFAA
UFAA is a great way to stay connected with your school while on break. Here are some tips for using UFAA:
1. Go to the UFAA website and sign in. You will be able to see your MyUFAA account, which includes all of your account settings and access to your courses.
2. Click on the Courses tab and find the course you want to view or take. Underneath the course information, you will see the MyUFAA tab. This is where you can find all of your course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and quizzes.
3. If you need to send a graded assignment or quiz back to your professor, click on the MyUFAA tab and enter the professor’s name into the “Contact Person” field. Then select “Send Grade Report” from the drop-down menu and fill out all of the necessary information.
4. If you need to make any changes to your account settings or course materials, click on the MyUFAA tab and go through the steps outlined on that page.
